I finally got in on the action but completely regretted it the next day! My abdomen was SO sore the next 3 days. It was a very bad decision to do 12 weeks after a C-section and Delayed Primary Closure.

I can't remember the milestone dates, I need to go look it up. But, seriously? She's not even 3 months old.

Ward Activity

 

We had a blast at our ward activity. I thought it was just water activities, i.e. water balloons. I didn't know it was a baby pool and slip n' slide. So, I didn't bring her swim suit, just clothes she could get dirty in. But, it worked out just fine anyway.

Emmalee slept through the whole thing. But, she had many ohhs, ahhs, and cuddles from several friends.

First Shots

I have been dreading this day for weeks! I can't stand when my kids get shots. I would much rather take that shot than them. But, that's just not how it works, or so I've heard.

Emmalee did great though. She slept a lot, but while awake she was still in a good mood. Much different than my experience with Annagrace. Which was very fortunate since she got her shots on Tyler's birthday!

Bumbo

Emmalee is doing great with neck control so I decided to try out the Bumbo. She did GREAT! She smiled and cooed at me while I did the dishes.

We tried to go swimming today. Tyler had a painting project to do. So, I got two girls and myself dressed and packed up and headed to a friends house. We were only there an hour when it started to RAIN!

But, they looked really cute trying!
