So ... I think I'm getting addicted to this canning thing. I love walking into my pantry/laundry room and seeing all of my lovely jars in perfect little rows. Today I got a box of tomatoes, put Annagrace down for a nap and got busy. I decided to do all crushed tomatoes. I can then make them into spaghetti sauce, salsa, soups, etc. I didn't want to commit my jars to just one thing like spaghetti sauce. I wanted the flexibility. All-in-all it took me about 3 hours to do them. (No, Annagrace didn't sleep the whole time. My sister came in about the time she woke up, so she entertained her for me.)
